Policies


BOOKING

-Books are opened two months at a time.

-Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment for your tattoo design. Once your form has been completed, please allow 1-2 days for the deposit information to be sent to the email submitted on form. Deposit information will not be sent through any other form of communication.


Designs

-All designs are not approved automatically. Tattoos are approved based on concept, placement, and style. 


-Due to having artistic integrity DOT DOES NOT DUPLICATE WORK OF ANOTHER ARTIST.  Dot's goal is to provide each client with a piece designed specifically for their skin and body composition. Designs provided will be used as a reference.


 -The design submitted at the time of booking is the design that will be tattooed.


-Be sure to fill the form out as DETAILED AND THOROUGHLY as possible. Please supply proper photos for each field on form. The booking request will not be processed if it is not complete.

Without a complete description of the tattoo services cannot be provided.


DEPOSITS

-Deposit of $50, $100, or 30% per tattoo is required in order to secure slot (tattoos under $300 require $50 down, $300- up require $100, $500-up require 30% down).

-Deposit must be paid upon receiving deposit information. Each client chooses their own slot via a link. * (Deposit information will be sent upon completion of booking form).

-Deposits are nonrefundable.


RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS
-The rescheduling fee is 50% of the deposit amount. In the case of an emergency, the new date must be discussed with the artist 48 hours before your appointment, or a new deposit will be required to rebook with a new deposit. 

-New date must be booked within 2 weeks of the original appointment date or a new deposit will be required to rebook. 

​-Client must be 18 y/o or older.

-NO CHILDREN.

-NO SPECTATORS. Visitors will be asked to wait in the waiting room.

-Please be punctual. Arriving late, without communicating with artist, may result in forfeiture of appointment.

- Non-communication of appointment changes within provided window will not be tolerated. In order to respect the time of the artist as well as the time of prospective clients, those who "no call no show" will run the risk of not being able to book again. 

-Plan day accordingly. Please allow artist enough time to complete your piece.
